A. Device & Telemetry Information

  • Source of collection: Collected directly from you via our contact and assessment forms, email correspondence, or signed enterprise master service agreements (MSAs).

C. Customer Support Information

  • Purpose of collection: To provide enterprise technical support, resolve ticket escalations, and maintain quality assurance.
  • Source of collection: Collected directly from you or authorized members of your technical staff.

Our website and IT enterprise services are directed solely to commercial entities, businesses, and adults aged 18 and older. The site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. Telemetry logs and backup archives are maintained in accordance with enterprise regulatory requirements (e.g. 7 years for financial and clinical records).
